RETURNS & REFUNDS
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, we offer a refund service:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receipt by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. By giving us your order number and describing the reasons why you would like a refund.
- Return the product in its original, unopened packaging. If an item has been used/opened, we cannot accept returns.
- Returned items will be inspected for defects and either replaced or refunded if a defect is identified.
- The refund will be for the cost of the product and excludes all postage, packaging and shipping costs.
- Refunds will be credited using the same payment method as the purchase.
- We do not accept returns of products if you do not like the taste or smell.
